As a senior at Cyprus High School in Utah, England earned First-Team All-State honors and signed a letter of intent to play his college basketball at Utah State. Following his redshirt season (2006-07), England transfered from Utah State to the College of Eastern Utah. As a freshman at CEU, England started all 29 games and averaged 5.2 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game.
